    Day 1 - Arrival and Adventure

    • Arrive at Hospet, check in, and enjoy a delicious meal.
    • Coracle Ride: Embark on a serene coracle ride at Hampi. These unique round boats made of bamboo and reeds offer a timeless experience as you glide through the peaceful waters of the Tungabhadra River, surrounded by ancient ruins and boulders.

    • AC Train Tickets: Availability depends on train bookings. If AC tickets are unavailable, you will be provided with confirmed sleeper coach tickets, and the fare difference will be refunded to your account within 3-5 working days.
    • Please note that the train 11139/40 has only 2 3 AC coaches and getting confirm tickets in such low quota is a tough task. If you are keen on travelling in AC then we recommend that you book 60 days in advance. 
    • The itinerary may be subject to minor changes based on group preferences, weather, or crowd levels, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience for all participants.

    IMPORTANT NOTE:

    Due to technical issues (clarified by IRCTC), the return train originally scheduled to depart from Hospete Junction has now been diverted to commence from Vijaypura Railway Station.
    As this change was made without prior notice, we will need to arrange a vehicle/tempo traveller from Hospete to Vijaypura for the return journey. This cost will be shared equally among all participants and collected during the time of travel. Estimated additional cost per person: ₹800 – ₹1000

    This change is applicable only for the Long Weekend Batch: 14th – 18th August

    The itinerary might see slight tweaks or enhancements depending on what the group enjoys, the weather, or how crowded places are, guaranteeing a bespoke adventure for every group.

    Railway Ticket Rules and Regulations

    • We at T Trikon, Provide some of our tour packages with Train Tickets. We Use official Agent portals of IRCTC to book tickets. All the rules regarding Booking and Refund are governed by IRCTC only.
    • As per rules bookings for the respective dates open 60 days in Advance, In order to get confirmed tickets it is advised to book your seat as early as possible.
    • If Tickets are In RAC or Waitlist, We use previous data and some IRCTC partner apps to predict the confirmation chances and book accordingly.
    • We cannot guarantee any Specific seats or Berths (Like Window seat or lower berth) since Seats are allotted by IRCTC algorithm and we have no control over it.
    • If you are keen on having specific seats or berths, make sure to book well in Advance.
    • Similarly different PNRs may have seats located in Different coaches as per IRCTC Algorithm and we cannot guarantee all seats together in case of bigger group.
