Flight Timings and Options
Arrival in Colombo: Reach Bandaranaike International Airport before 11:30 AM on Day 1.
Departure from Colombo: Book your return flight after 8:30 PM on Day 7.
- Direct flights are available from all major Indian cities to Colombo.
- You can also fly from Chennai to Colombo and use economical options like a train or bus to travel to Chennai.
Note: Alternate stay arrangements can be made if you arrive earlier or depart later, at an additional cost.
Visa Assistance
Visa assistance is available for participants with a valid Indian Passport after the event is confirmed. A nominal fee will apply.
Currency Tips
The primary currency in Sri Lanka is the Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR). INR can be exchanged for LKR at the Colombo airport. USD is also accepted at some locations.
Important Guidelines
- Avoid wearing precious jewelry as the organizers are not responsible for losses.
- Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is prohibited. Smoking is also not allowed during the trip.
- Participants breaking these rules will be expelled without a refund.
