Glad to have you aboard. If you have made the booking from the website, you’ll receive a confirmation email soon. In case you have paid the booking amount by NEFT or UPI, make sure to send an email to mailtrikon@gmail.com with payment details and traveller’s details.
7-10 days before the event, you’ll get a message from our team regarding balance payment. A WhatsApp group will be created 4-7 days before the departure where all the details regarding the tour will be shared.
WHAT WILL BE THE AGE GROUP OF TRAVELLERS?
At T Trikon, we believe age is just a number if you are willing to explore and connect with the world. So, we don’t generally put any age restrictions, just being young at heart is what we expect. Though, on average, we have people between their 30s-50s in our group.
CAN I JOIN THE TOUR AS A SOLO TRAVELLER? HOW WILL I BE ACCOMMODATED?
Yes, all our tours are solo traveller friendly. Many solo female travellers join our tours. Solo travellers are generally accommodated on a triple-sharing basis. Most of the properties provide an extra mattress for the third person. If someone is looking for single-sharing, they can connect with our team before booking to know extra charges.
WHAT WILL BE THE MODE OF TRANSPORT FOR LOCAL SIGHTSEEING? CAN I GET A SPECIFIC SEAT IN THE VEHICLE?
The mode of transport varies from destination to destination. Generally, depending on the group size, it will be an Ertiga/Innova or Tempo Traveller. In Sikkim, it will be multiple Innova/Xylo as Tempo travellers cannot operate on some roads. In destinations like Hampi, local transport will be arranged in auto rickshaws/tumtums (6-seater) as we have to travel through narrow lanes and rough roads.
Seating arrangements in the vehicle are not fixed. We generally ask our guests to rotate seats with understanding. In case someone has any health issues like back pain, please inform us in advance, and we will try to reserve a seat of your choice during the journey, if available. Senior citizens or specially-abled people will be given preference in such cases.
